100% Pokalca.
Pokalca is one of the rarest indigenous varieties of the Primorska region, almost forgotten, yet deeply rooted in this landscape. At Fedora, we approach Pokalca with respect and patience, allowing the variety to express its fragile character and quiet strength. Medium-deep violet in color. Fedora Pokalca is a wine of restraint and authenticity â a quiet conversation between variety, place, and time.
The bouquet is expressive and youthful, marked by spicy notes, cherry and sour cherry, black pepper, butter, and a subtle meaty character.

With wine, we enjoy, reflect, celebrate, and remember. The history that has shaped our family and our land is woven into Fedoraâs stories. True, condensed, or imagined? You decide. Each wine tells its own.
Alda is our exclusive collection, a reflection of our most personal expressions in wine. Each bottle is crafted from carefully selected grapes, sourced from our finest vineyard plots, and produced in truly limited quantities. This line is named in honor of Valterâs late mother, Alda, as a tribute to her memory and the inspiration she brought to our family and vineyard. These are wines of individuality, where patience, attention, and respect for the vineyard shape every detail. Alda wines capture the character of their terroir and the story of each vintage, offering a unique, intimate experience with every sip. They are produced only in select years or in boutique quantities, and each release is a celebration of rarity, dedication, and the art of winemaking.
