Goli breg – white is a type of local and indigenous Vipava varieties, the so-called Vipavec.
The grapes are hand-picked from one organically cultivated terraced vineyard, in which all varieties are planted together. Vinification on own yeasts, up to 21 days of maceration, maturation in wood and concrete eggs without the presence of SO2, in combination with a marly, stony base with marine sediments and the bora wind, are a true expression of the terroir of the Vipava Hills.
We enjoy wine. It makes us ponder, take pleasure, remember. We tell stories of Fedora and of the history of our family and our home. Are they true, altered, or fake? We let you be the judge. Every wine has its own story.
Ljudje so ga neradi srečevali ter si s klobukom zastirali poglede.

Fedora wines reflect our terroir, our attitudes towards the environment, the passion for creativity, the respect for the uniqueness of each year. We embrace our differences, because they are precisely what makes us interesting. If all wines were the same, what would be left for adventurers like us?
